When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

The scanner cut off one of the lines so here is the whole poem in whole:
Inspirational bloom. Symbolism abounds, spinning tales of you. Religions adore you. Floating content, naive of bestowed power. I love symbolism, but sometimes when I step back from it I find it fascinating how much meaning and significance individuals and groups can attach to something as simple and natural as a lily. This is one of the two visual haiku poems I created for ~moyanII's Visual Haiku contest. The other one I created is here. The style of mine was inspired by one of the examples, which was done by *HaikuKitty and can be seen here. I really enjoyed doing this and think I may do more even after the contest is over. The gorgeous lily is a stock background that can be found here and was created by =Drezdany.Photoshop was also involved. |
